Sifu Jeffery Dyro will be came in from Oslo, Norway recently and held an intensive seminar event at CGFI covering a lot of ground on multiple subjects such as Muay Thai, Chinese Kung Fu forms and Chin Na, Native American styles, and Ninjitsu. Participants learned some great training techniques/drills and some awesome moves for combat.
