Tournament Registration

General Registration Form - This form is for all participants who wish to compete in the
tournament. Additional general information on the Grand Champion Competition and the
USAWKF US Traditional Wushu Team Trials is on the Registration Form. Forms for these
events will be available at the Tournament.

Seminar Registration

This form must be completed by anyone who wishes to participate in one or more seminars.
If you are participating in the tournament and wish to attend one or more seminars, you will need to
complete both a seminar registration form AND a tournament registration form. The seminar
schedule is also included on this form.
